BEFORE ORDERING
Images, graphics and colour swatches on the RK Bathrooms website is not 100% accurate as they may vary from different screen settings and platform. Natural Variation can occur. Returns/cancellations – will not be accepted on this basis.
 
MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.


BACK ORDERS

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

VAT at the current rate (where applicable) is included in the prices shown.

We know of no documented cases of credit/debit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. We use SSL security on this web-site for collecting your payment details, with the associated "Padlock" symbol

PRIVACY POLICY
RK Bathrooms do not disclose any customer information to third parties. Only information collected during the placement of an order is held by us and is solely to enable us to fulfil that order, and is collected by ourselves only, not third parties, and we do not use that information to send out marketing material.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment can be made in several ways. Paying by credit or debit card means that your payment is made immediately and could enable us to arrange delivery within a couple of days - providing the stock is available. However, you can also pay by cheque or by bank transfer. Please note though, that goods cannot be dispatched or processed until full payment is received.

RETURNS POLICY
Any requests to return an order must be made, in writing, within 7 days of receipt of goods. In order to take advantage of this you MUST have a return authorization number obtained by emailing our Customer Support Team on sales@rkbathrooms.co.uk or phoning on 0208 358 8281; any returns made without an authorization number will be refused.

You will need to return the goods back to us via your chosen courier at your expense. RK Bathrooms do not accept part order returns. All credits will be processed within 30 days.
 
Goods that are supplied as special order cannot be cancelled and are non returnable and non refundable. Some items may be a subject to a re-stocking or handling charge on items that not in our stocked portfolio. The maximum re-stocking charge would be 25% of the total net price of the product in question. You must return the goods at your expense in an unused, undamaged condition.

Returns will not be accepted on any accessories and/or product overages not used.

If you return an item as "damaged" which is subsequently found not to be you will be liable for the return delivery charge where applicable.

If you are telephoning an order the sales assistants will read back your order to you to ensure it is correct.
 
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
RK Bathrooms offer 2 levels of delivery service – Standard and Platinum. When you have placed your order, we will confirm delivery by email or telephone asap. Orders are normally with you within 5 to 7 working days. Please note special order products can take longer to deliver.
 
Standard Delivery Service (Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm)
Our standard delivery service is £7.99 + VAT (for light items) and £29.99 + VAT (for heavy items) to mainland UK addresses. However, a surcharge may apply to some addresses in Scotland and Ireland.

Please inspect all goods immediately on delivery. This means opening any packaging to check goods. If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged item or if part of your order is missing, make sure this is noted on the couriers paperwork. No claims for damaged or missing items can be made after the courier has left the delivery address, unless signed for as damaged or missing. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore we advise against booking installers until goods have been received.

Platinum Delivery Service (Monday to Friday pre 10am and Saturdays)
With our Platinum Delivery Service you can request a delivery prior to 10am Monday to Friday or on a Saturday morning. Should the courier try to deliver when you are out, 2 redelivery attempts will made within 48 hours. The Platinum Delivery Service is charged at £30.00 + VAT per order. However, a surcharge may apply to some addresses in Scotland and Ireland.

RK Bathrooms cannot be held responsible for delivery times. If a courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date for whatever reason, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred. ALL deliveries must be signed for.

All orders are shipped by our vehicles, Royal Mail Recorded delivery, TNT, or other suitable carrier dependant on items ordered. Dates and times quoted for delivery of goods are approximate and we cannot be liable for any delay however caused. If you are not there to receive your goods and a storage charge is made by the courier company it will be chargeable to you the customer.

REFUSAL
The company can refuse to process, accept or handle any order received for any reason at anytime.
